I didn't get my purchase. What should I do?
Please try closing and re-opening the game.
If the purchased item still does not appear, please contact Customer Support and share as much of the following information as possible:
- Your DBID (in-game ID)
- An attached receipt
- Order ID (for iTunes purchases)
- Name/description of the purchased item/package
With this information, we'll do everything we can to get the purchased item to you.
